Olympiacos' women's water polo team is declared European Champion.

In the Final Four of the EuroLeague, the Greek team prevailed over the Catalan Sabadell with 10-9 at the Papastrateio Swimming Pool. Haris Pavlidis' team dethroned the top European team and won its second European trophy since they had won the Len Trophy the previous year. This outcome also ended Sabadell's undefeated spree. They were undefeated since March 7, 2012 (the last defeat had been by Vouliagmeni in the semifinals of the same tournament.)
