Olympiacos (Olympic Club of Fans of Piraeus) is founded

Thirty-three members of the "Piraeus Football Club" and the "Piraeus Fans' Club" decide, in a historical Assembly (in the tavern of Moiras), the dissolution of the clubs and the subsequent creation of a powerful one. Notis Caberos (A Navy and Air Force officer) announces the name "Olympiacos,” and Michalis Manouskos, the first president, finalizes it in "Olympic Club of Fans of Piraeus". The colors of the Club (red and white) were chosen by Giannis Andrianopoulos - a fan of Arsenal since he studied in London - who also designed its first jersey.
